Preventive Care
Supporting the Health and Well-Being of Elderly People

"It’s not just about health — it’s about the need to feel seen, supported, and valued." - Omega, Founder.
In rural Tanzania, aging brings challenges beyond physical pain, including limited access to healthcare and growing isolation.
Our Preventive Care Project addresses this by offering basic medical care and fostering connections, helping seniors stay healthy and feel a sense of belonging in their communities, ensuring their later years are filled with dignity, care, and companionship.

Addressing Barriers to Healthcare
Our project addresses both health and loneliness in elderly individuals through regular visits that assess their well-being, detect potential illnesses early, and offer companionship. By fostering relationships and providing opportunities for social interaction, we help seniors feel connected, supported, and less isolated, ensuring they are seen and valued within their communities.
In Tanzania, while the government offers free healthcare for the elderly, costs like medications and treatments are not fully covered, especially for seniors in farming communities with low income, limited mobility and no health insurance. Our initiative bridges this gap, by providing basic health care and support ederly to access public health care.
