We empower individuals of all ages in rural Tanzania by providing education, supporting elderly care, promoting balanced nutrition, and fostering environmental conservation for sustainable community development.

WHO WE ARE

We are a community-driven initiative at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in Machame, Tanzania, with one simple goal: to improve life for the people who call this beautiful place home. Where many see problems, our founder Omega sees opportunities. Ever since completing his studies and returning to his native village, Omega has been committed to giving back to his community.

To amplify his impact, he founded Age Watch in 2025, anchoring projects in the core fields of education, health and environment to promote sustainable community-based development.
