Our Mission
We empower individuals of all ages in rural Tanzania by providing education, supporting elderly care, promoting balanced nutrition, and fostering environmental conservation for sustainable community development.
Who We Are
We are a community-driven non-profit organization based in Machame, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Guided by the belief that lasting change begins within the community, we work alongside local families to create opportunities that empower children and strengthen future generations.
Our journey began with our founder, Omega, who returned to his home village after completing his studies with a clear vision: to give back to the community that shaped him. Seeing not only the challenges but also the immense potential of the people around him, he established Age Watch in 2025.
Today, our work is built on three pillars: Education, Health, and Environment. Through sustainable, community-led initiatives, we strive to improve lives, foster resilience, and create opportunities that have a lasting impact for generations to come.
